I have created this Blog so that I can post and share gluten free, clean eating recipes with others. 

We have food sensitivities in our family so I try to be gluten free and dairy free.  In addition to this, one of my sons is allergic to soy, onions, bananas, strawberries, raspberries, saccharomyces, salmon and sesame seed.  If I take into account his blood allergy testing he is also allergic to eggs, almonds and peanuts!  It's not the end of the world if he eats these things occasionally but it obviously would affect the way that he feels.  So, in order for him to feel his very best we generally need to avoid the top 10 allergens as well. 

During the past few years I have also become more aware of clean eating and I try to avoid any processed foods.  I have noticed much calmer behaviour, less tired, a lifting of brain fog, clearer skin, etc.  Overall, you just feel great eating this way and I think most people never imagined that they could feel so healthy!
